So what does this have to do with stress you may ask, I will expound upon this further. There are different forms in which stress will present itself.1. There is the stress that we impose on ourselves by setting our own challenging goals and deadlines that are not driven by customer requirements. This is controllable stress. We can manage it by placing realistic demands on ourselves by factoring in the time that it will take to get all items completed especially those that have more steadfast deadlines.2. There is stress that is associated with items that must be completed by customer imposed deadlines.
